Pet Palace Boarding Agreement

This agreement is made between Pet Palace and the pet owner or authorized representative.

Please read and initial each item:

____1.The Owner confirms they are the legal owner of the pet(s) listed above or have been authorized by the owner to enter into this agreement.

____2.The Owner agrees to all boarding rates and services as discussed and confirmed prior to the scheduled boarding dates.

 ____3.All charges must be paid in full before the pet is released. Pets will not be returned until all balances are paid. Extended stays will incur additional daily charges.

____4.Boarding is charged as a full day for the day of arrival. A full day charge will also apply for departures at or after 10Am.Please allow up to 30 minutes for check-in and check-out.

____5.Drop-off and pick-up times must match the scheduled time. A late fee of $20 will be applied for delays exceeding one hour past the scheduled pick-up time.

 ____6.Pet Palace is not a veterinary facility. We cannot board pets with serious medical conditions beyond basic oral medication. 

____7.Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled stay may be subject to a cancellation fee.

____8.Holiday stays (including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s) must be paid in full in advance. Holiday rates apply, and standard cancellation policies remain in effect.

____9.Additional charges will apply for drop-offs or pick-ups outside of normal business hours.

____10.All dogs must be current on vaccinations. We operate a free-roaming kennel, meaning dogs may interact in a group setting. If a dog shows aggressive behavior or causes harm, no refunds will be issued, and alternative arrangements may be required at the Owners expense. Pet Palace does not tolerate aggressive behavior.
